Our Islamabad office only has limited items in ready stock. But no need to worry! If you are interested in a product listed on our website as in stock, it can easily be arranged in Islamabad for you!

TechGlobe.pk Islamabad office serves as a unique pickup center. Customers can book their desired products on our website www.techglobe.pk and choose to collect it from our Islamabad office. The products are dispatched from our Karachi head office.

To book your desired product, please place an online order at www.techglobe.pk and share your order ID on WhatsApp at 03361311221. After WhatsApp confirmation please pay Rs.5,000/ security advance against your order ID. This can be paid either through cash at our office or through bank transfer at the comfort of your home. Please share your payment receipt on WhatsApp at 03361311221. Rest assured the Rs.5,000/ security advance is deducted from the total invoice bill at collection. 

The purpose of the advance is that customers show up to collect their booked product. You will pay the remaining amount after thoroughly checking your booked brand new product at our office. You will be notified on WhatsApp once your product reaches our Islamabad office.

You have two options, either choose Detain 2-3 days delivery or Overnight 1-2 days delivery. In either case you will bear its charges. Insurance & Service Charges are also added in the following amount:

Detain (2-3 days delivery) 
Large Item: Rs.1,000/ (Printer etc)
Extra Large Item: Rs.2,000/ (Chair, PC Casing etc)

Overnight (1-2 days delivery)
Small Item: Rs.400/ (SSD, HDD, RAM, Router, Processor etc)
Medium Item: Rs.1,000/ (Laptops, Projector, Graphics Card etc)
Large Item: Rs2,000/ - Rs.3,500/ (Monitor, Printer etc)
Extra Large Item: Rs.3,500/ - Rs.7,500/ (Large Monitor, Printer, Chair, PC Casing etc)

In case you find any manufacture fault in your booked brand new product then you will receive full refund of Rs5,000/. However in case the customers changes their mind due to personal reasons at time of collection then upto Rs.3,000/ will be deducted for freight/insurance/service charges. Please make sure you research the product online thoroughly before placing your order. 

All sales correspondence is handled from our Karachi head office through WhatsApp at 03361311221. Our Islamabad office staff is present to facilitate your collection and payment process.

Please note advance can only be accepted against a valid order ID. An order ID is generated and automatically emailed to you once you place an online order.

We request you to please pay cash if possible. But for your convenience payments can be accepted through bank transfer.
